Customized or Print-on-Demand products may take 3–7 business days to be made ready for shipping.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
Standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹150 may apply for orders below ₹999 or remote delivery zones.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
🔹 5. Delays & Exceptions
We are not liable for shipping delays due to:
Natural disasters, lockdowns, or strikes
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Courier partner service issues
However, we will fully support you in tracking the package and resolving issues with the courier service.

Once your order is shipped:
You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp
You can also log in to My Account > Orders section on our website to track your order status.
🔹 7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged or is lost in transit:
Please contact us at support@ekadantha.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Include images and order number for quicker resolution.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.
